Ampeleia - Unlitro
Ampeleia is a collaboration between the famous Elisabetta Foradori - known for her work with Teroldego - and the two friends Giovanni Podini and Thomas Widmann. Farming completely biodynamic, they created an agricultural project resulting in the Unlitro.
The drinking experience is fresh and fruity, hinting notes of raspberry, cherry and aromatic herbs. It is low on the tannins and with good acidity.
Enjoy with lamb, cheese or other red meats.
