Bonnet Ponson - Seconde Nature
Seconde Nature; organic, certified champagne with no added sulphites. It is fermented in wooden oak barrels, continued by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine spends nine months on lees before bottling.
There are distinct floral and herbal notes with a discreet spicy hint of anis. After aeration, aromas of white fruit and berries become present. It has a mineral and clean finish.
