Cantina Indigeno is an up and coming winery run by a group of young-ish guys from Abruzzo, Italy. The project is focused on local grape varieties with the aim to produce fresh and totally natural table wines. Tavola Bianco is made from 100% Trebbiano, with spontaneous fermentation and no temperature control. Skins are left during the maceration for one night in open vats. The wine is then aged for eight months in fiberglass tanks and few months in bottle.
