In the beautiful hills of Val Trebbia lies Casé; a small, independent winery. After planting the first vineyards in 1998 and carefully analysing the soil, they saw the potential of growing pinot noir vines and other varieties there. Casé is now a growing business that makes a unique wine. Harvesting is done manually and with a process of fermentation and on-skin maceration. No chemicals, no concentrtion - just purely natural.
