In 1977, Stefano Bellotti began his journey into organic agriculture and a decade later started to work in biodynamic. Bellotti is known as one of the pioneers in biodynamic wine making in Italy, making it a primary goal to represent and defend of natural wine producers. All the grape become wine through spontaneous fermentation in big oak barrels. No added sulphites. No enological techniques. And the result is long aging wines.
