Denavolo - Dinavolino
A light and cloudy orange wine from the Emilia-Romagna region. It spends 6 months in maceration in steel tanks before spontaneously fermented with no temperature control. The long maceration period gives deep characteristics to the wine but still keeping the alcohol percentage low.
Notes of mushrooms and citrus. Fresh acidity, present minerality and a tail of honey and balsamic vinegar. All organic principles in the vinification process. Enjoy!
