Coming from the Dogliani area of Piedmont, this rose explores the potential of the Dolcetto grapes to yield unexpected wines.
La Lupa starts with a brief 24 hours maceration, before it ages in steel containers. The result is an enigmatic wine that develops in the glass while revealing more and more of itself.
A brief maceration of just 24 hours gives us a liquid of character, enigmatic but expressive. To be served fresh and not cold and then appreciate its evolution in the glass.
