Oriol Atigas - La Bestia
Oriol Atigas; a young winemaker born and raised in the Alella region close to Barcelona. He produces wine fully natural, no intervention. The grapes are harvested manually, destemmed and macerated on the skin for five days. The wine is then fermented and aged for 9 months - no clarifying, no added sulphites.
The result is a mature, dry-fruity, creamy skin-contact wine with a delicious lingering aftertaste.
