RECIPE: BAGNET VERD


Bagnet verd is traditional dish from Piedmont region.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g parsley 
  • 2 anchovies 
  • 1 hard boiled egg 
  • 100ml white wine vinegar
  • small piece of bread
  • 500ml E.V.O. 
  • 3 Garlic's clove

DIRECTIONS:


Pass the anchovies under running water to remove the salt. Cut the bread into small pieces and put it in a bowl with vinegar. In the mixer put the parsley, anchovies, garlic, egg, and bread. Blend well, adding oil, little by little.
