Rocco di Carpeneto is a radical, organic winery located in Carpeneto, Piedmont, amidst the Alto Monferrato hills. They focus on using native Piedmont grapes.

Andeira is 100% Barbera. Spontaneous fermentation — wild yeasts only — is done in concrete or stainless steel tanks, after the initial pressing. The wine then ages for approximately 6 months in old casks, then the wine is bottled for the spontaneous refermentation to occur, triggered by its own must.
