"SETE project was born in 2013 with the aim of valuing native grape varieties and making terroir wines to quench the thirst ("sete" in italian) for change of whom, like us, believes in the possibility of a rebirth of the human being through the finding of a vital balance in the relationship with nature and in relationships and exchanges between the different local communities."

Their wines are grape juice fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts, without use of chemicals neither in the vineyard, nor in the cellar and without any added sulphites.

Passerina undergoes 2 weeks of maceration of the skins, then a mechanical press refined in glass dames.
