Croci - Alfiere Rose
Fermented using the Metodo Classico, similar to Champagne, this Rosé is produced using hand harvested Barbera and Bonarda red grapes. The colour is an intense salmon-pink, whilst the perlage is delicate and persistent.
The delicate sophisticated aroma presents recognisable characteristics of Barbera and Bonarda. To the mouth this wine is dry and satisfyingly structured. Whilst it possesses a good acidity, the overall feeling is balanced and harmonious, with strong notes mitigated by its overall softness.
