For the second month of our journey through the organic/natural wines we are offering you another beautiful Trebbiano grape. The idea behind this choise is to show you two different styles of wine making.
The comparison between the Ausonia - Apollo from last month and Bianco - Indigeno rappresent for us a good way to find out how the winemaker can bring his/her personality, choices and working method within the bottle. We hope you will enjoy it!
We are happy to invite you at our Italian Natural Wine tasting on Friday, July 27, 2018 from 7.00 PM. Check out the event on --> EventBrite

Indigeno - Vino Bianco
Cantina Indigeno is an up and coming winery run by a group of young-ish guys from Abruzzo, Italy. The project is focused on local grape varieties with the aim to produce fresh and totally natural table wines. Tavola Bianco is made from 100% Trebbiano, with spontaneous fermentation and no temperature control. Skins are left during the maceration for one night in open vats. The wine is then aged for eight months in fiberglass tanks and few months in bottle.
