WINE OF THE MONTH / JUNE 2018: AUSONIA - APOLLO


Ausonia’s farm is located in Atri - Abruzzo - at 270 s.l.m protected by the Gran Sasso mountain and exposed to the East, to the positive effects of the Adriatic Sea. Apollo is made from 100% Trebbiano grapes and does the alcoholic fermentation without the skins in stainless steel tanks. The production of the wines come exclusively from grapes of the property, being the only way to have a tight control on the quality.
